🍤 I promised a closer look at McB’s Lakeside—and today I did some very tasty research!
I stopped by the new Lake Caroline restaurant for lunch just before the ribbon cutting, and let me tell you: the fried shrimp salad pictured here tasted every bit as good as it looks!
The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional—and those lake views deserve a little applause of their own. 👏
I also ran into some old friends in the building and development business, caught up, and passed out a few cards. Good food, good company, and a little networking…that’s a productive lunch in my book!
You don’t have to live in Lake Caroline to enjoy McB’s Lakeside. Whether you’re a neighbor or visiting from elsewhere, I certainly recommend giving it a try. I’ll definitely be back—strictly for additional research, of course. 😉
