✔️ 75 median days on market, giving buyers time to explore their options.
✔️ Homes are selling for approximately 99% of asking price, showing that buyers and sellers are finding common ground.
📍 BRANDON / RANKIN COUNTY — ZIP 39047
✔️ 336 homes available, offering choices in a variety of neighborhoods and price ranges.
✔️ 74 median days on market, giving buyers opportunities to compare properties.
✔️ Homes are selling for approximately 98% of asking price, creating opportunities for buyers to negotiate.
✔️ According to Zillow, typical home values have increased 2.5% over the past year!
